James Smith made a kid’s day with his bagged 1990 Chevy SS truck! He was wondering how these trucks drive around when they’re so low that they scrape the ground, so James sat him in the cab and let him push all the buttons: airing it up, and setting it back down.
This Chevy Sport 350 truck is perfectly done up: full air ride, kickin’ sound system and so much more. This pickup has a throttle body injected 350ci motor that is paired to a built 700r4 and also has Summit Racing Shorty headers and a true dual exhaust. The air ride suspension consists of Air Lift Performance 3P Air Management, with 2600 Bags on all four corners, NFamous Metal Fab upper and lower control arms, and NFamous Metal Fab 3 link. The front of the bed has been raised 4” to accommodate for the gas tank and 3 link.
James’ Chevy is rolling on Intro Aurora Billet wheels, 22x8.5 in the front and 24x10 in the rear, and they sit tucked under Slosh Tubs front inner fenders when it’s laying body. The bed is completely shaved, has a 60” Redline LED light bar, smoothed 3rd brake light from AVS and is lined by Bulletliner .
This gorgeous red interior consists of power seats from a 2012 Camaro SS, door panels from 95+ Chevy OBS trucks and a custom center console, all of which has either been painted or re covered with red leather or suede. The custom speaker box in this truck houses 2 10” Rockford Fosgate subwoofers, and there are Rob Ferro DS18 speakers throughout the truck. There are hidden Sundown Audio amps under the center console, and all of these components go through a Pioneer touch screen double din head unit.
